The scripture markers I bought in Tennessee are running out of ink
My hair has grown long again since Syster Kocsis chopped it last year
I'm running out of google storage again
Elder Derek is in his fourth (3.5th??) area back in Charleston
Caleb Paul is thirteen months old and walkin everywhere
Jonny's been a member for almost a year
I get so nostalgic about it all.
I have loved my mission.
I will do my best as always to try and convey that. I love the people met and things learned and testimony gained. I want to grab everyone by the shoulders and tell them how good it is! The mission yes-- but greater are the things I have learned up here about the gospel. To act on it and come to know it and do our best to live it is something man måste verkligen uppleva själv.
It was a wonderful week. We have several amazing new friends who come from similar semi-religious backgrounds and are sincerely seeking to reconnect. Lessons with them this week were the sweetest highlight. Fernando from Spain, Lahiru from Sri Lanka, Desu from Ethiopia -- from such different spiritual backgrounds but are all seeking the same thing.
we taught them all lessons this week(two of them are friends we teach together) that were sincere and sweet. About the presence of a God who loves us and His desire to hear our prayers.
I love it all. I love my mission. I love you all!
