Jonny's baptism
Jonny's baptism
The most wondrous day. It was so so beautiful. President allowed hordes of missionaries because we all love him so much- had to take the chairs out of the room because there wouldn't be enough space. I really can't explain the hours of hoping and praying that have gone into this day on his end- Jonny has the strongest testimony in Sweden I'm convinced. He is incredible. Been braggin about his new temple recommend every time he has the chance, and will be in the temple in Utah next week!!
I think Heavenly Father knew how much I needed another little brother to love during my time here, and I am so grateful for that. I can't convey how much Jonny means to me. Dreamin about his mission already. Praying for my brothers by name. Going to meet Caleb Paul while he's in utah.
How can it all not be evidence of a living and loving God? The bravery and conviction of someone like Jonny?
I love being a missionary.
Transfers.
Big transfer news!! I will be leaving my beloved Gubbängen and beloved Syster Giles... I adore this ward and adore her and will be forever grateful for my time here. The members here-- they have showed me so much of what non-complacent discipleship looks like. It doesn't go to have just one foot on the covenant path here- and they have showed me what it is to live that. I love them deeply and will miss this area a whole lot. Chile Danny force feeding us korv every other day, Maggie's purest testimonies, talking with Madeleine about books and musicals and life... just lots to love.
I am headed to Lund!! Going to be a wild transfer and I am jazzed. The very southern tip of Sweden, me and my new comp Syster BOWEN whom I adore will be whitewashing and trio training as the STLs for Malmö zone! Syster Bowen is a dog of a missionary and I am way excited to serve with her. We'll meet our third sister this week!
